DON'T BE AGRESSIVE, BE ASSERTIVE

There is a lot of things and stuff to do when you work for a company either if the company is big or small, but all you want is if you do wrong your stuff, you want your boss to be assertive, you don't want an agressive boss, because you will not want to talk with him, in the other hand you know that your boss won't be lazy, because if he is there is because he works good. 

As in the picture is shown, a lot of workers don't want to go to the boss' office because they think they will have to face this. 

It is a problem that hits a lot of people nowadays, and I would like to end with a message to all bosses in the earth, you must be assertive, because you never know if the worker will do it better, or maybe in the future things will change and that worker will be your boss, and you dont want to him to yell at you.
